For 2025, we are approaching event sponsorship in a radically different way in comparison to prior years.

This year, we do not have a monetary fee for either sponsorship or setting up in our Vendor village.

In lieu of money exchange, we are requiring potential sponsors to donate material goods that can be used for the various Scavenger Hunts/Giveaways/Prizes that will be given away throughout the event!

We believe this is our best path forward as it goes hand in hand with our NWEF Mantra: Giving back to the community!

Without the awe inspiring support of all of our patrons/sponsors, NWEF isn’t possible. We want to see everyone that attends NWEF leave with something more than they came with, whether it be smiles, memories, or some dope swag.

The donation amount will change the Tier of the sponsor as follows:
